Summary
Authorizes Oregon Racing Commission to regulate sports wagering. Authorizes Oregon Racing Commission to regulate sports wagering. Defines "sports wagering." Requires commission to issue sports wagering license to qualified applicant. Prohibits any person from engaging in sports wagering without sports wagering license. Requires commission to establish method for individuals to make complaint of prohibited conduct or other violation to commission. Takes effect on 91st day following adjournment sine die.
