BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
| Section 1. That section 4905.912 of the Revised Code be | 5 |

enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
| Sec. 4905.912. (A) As used in this section, "pipeline | 7 |
|
company" means a company engaged in the business of transporting | 8 |
|
gas by pipeline. | 9 |
| (B) Each operator and each pipeline company shall file with | 10 |
|
the public utilities commission a disclosure that specifies the | 11 |
|
country in which each oil country tubular goods steel product used | 12 |
|
by the operator or company in the exploration, gathering, or | 13 |
|
transportation of gas or hazardous liquids was manufactured. The | 14 |
|
commission may prescribe a disclosure form, and require its use, | 15 |
|
for the purpose of this section. The commission shall consult with | 16 |
|
the natural gas, oil, and steel industries when developing the | 17 |
|
disclosure form. | 18 |
| The commission shall determine the date on which the | 19 |
|
disclosure shall be filed and shall require reporting only for | 20 |
|
products initially used by the operator or company after the | 21 |
|
effective date of this section.
