| To enact section 5533.641 of the Revised Code to | 1 |
| designate a portion of United States Route 33 | 2 |
| within Columbus as the "John W. Bowen Memorial | 3 |
| Roadway." | 4 |
| Section 1. That section 5533.641 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
| Sec. 5533.641. In addition to any other name prescribed in | 7 |
| the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as | 8 |
| United States route number thirty-three, commencing at the | 9 |
| intersection of east Livingston avenue and college avenue in the | 10 |
| municipal corporation of Columbus and proceeding in a southerly | 11 |
| direction to the intersection of that United States route and | 12 |
| state route number one hundred four, shall be known as the "John | 13 |
| W. Bowen Memorial Roadway." | 14 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 15 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 16 |
