BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Bill Title: To designate the bridge spanning the Vermillion River, that is part of State Route 113, as the "Staff Sgt. James P. Hunter Memorial Bridge" and to designate a portion of State Route 800 in Harrison County as the "Trooper George Conn Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
| Section 1. That section 5533.181 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
| Sec. 5533.181. The bridge spanning the Vermillion river, | 7 |
| located in the community of Birmingham in Erie county and being a | 8 |
| part of the highway known as state route number one hundred | 9 |
| thirteen, shall be known as the "Staff Sgt. James P. Hunter | 10 |
| Memorial Bridge." | 11 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 12 |
| upon the bridge or its approaches indicating its name. | 13 |
