A BILL
To enact section 5533.181 of the Revised Code to 1
designate the bridge spanning the Vermillion 2
River, that is part of State Route 113, as the 3
"Staff Sgt. James P. Hunter Memorial Bridge."4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5533.181 of the Revised Code be 5
enacted to read as follows:6

       Sec. 5533.181. The bridge spanning the Vermillion river, 7
located in the community of Birmingham in Erie county and being a 8
part of the highway known as state route number one hundred 9
thirteen, shall be known as the "Staff Sgt. James P. Hunter 10
Memorial Bridge."11

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 12
upon the bridge or its approaches indicating its name.13
