A BILL
To establish the Columbus State Logistics Program and 1
to make an appropriation.2


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. All items in this section are hereby appropriated 3
as designated out of any moneys in the state treasury to the 4
credit of the designated fund. For all appropriations made in this 5
act, those in the first column are for fiscal year 2014 and those 6
in the second column are for fiscal year 2015. The appropriations 7
made in this act are in addition to any other appropriations made 8
for the FY 2014-FY 2015 biennium.9

       COLUMBUS STATE LOGISTICS PROGRAM15

        The foregoing appropriation item 235517, Columbus State 16
Logistics Program, shall be used to support workforce development 17
initiatives through the Columbus State Community College Logistics 18
Program.19

       Section 2. Within the limits set forth in this act, the 20
Director of Budget and Management shall establish accounts 21
indicating the source and amount of funds for each appropriation 22
made in this act, and shall determine the form and manner in which 23
appropriation accounts shall be maintained. Expenditures from 24
appropriations contained in this act shall be accounted for as 25
though made in Am. Sub. H.B. 59 of the 130th General Assembly.26

        The appropriations made in this act are subject to all 27
provisions of Am. Sub. H.B. 59 of the 130th General Assembly that 28
are generally applicable to such appropriations.29
