BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. Not later than one year after the effective date | 4 |
of this section, the State Board of Education shall make | 5 |
recommendations to the General Assembly for performance standards | 6 |
for dropout prevention and recovery programs operated by school | 7 |
districts. | 8 |
