A BILL

To enact sections 5533.336, 5533.337, and 5533.338 of

the Revised Code to designate three memorial

highways within Geauga County as "The Danny

Parmertor Memorial Highway," "The Demetrius C.

Hewlin Memorial Highway," and the "Russell King,

5

Jr., Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That sections 5533.336, 5533.337, and 5533.338 of	7
the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:	8

Sec. 5533.336.  That portion of the road known as state route	9
number forty-four, commencing at the intersection of that road	10
with Cherry avenue in the municipal corporation of Chardon and	11
proceeding in a northerly direction to the boundary of Geauga and	12
Lake counties, shall be known as "The Danny Parmertor Memorial	13
Highway."	14

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	15
along the highway indicating its name.	16

Sec. 5533.337.  That portion of the road known as state route	17
number six, commencing at the intersection of that road with state	18
route number forty-four in the municipal corporation of Chardon	19
and proceeding in a westerly direction to the boundary of Geauga	20
and Lake counties, shall be known as "The Demetrius C. Hewlin	21
Memorial Highway."	22

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	23
along the highway indicating its name.	24

Sec. 5533.338.  That portion of the road known within Geauga	25
county as Claridon road and also Aquilla road, commencing at the	26
intersection of that road with state route number forty-four in	27
the municipal corporation of Chardon and proceeding in a southerly	28
direction to the intersection of that road with state route number	29
eighty-seven, shall be known as the "Russell King, Jr., Memorial	30
Highway."	31

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	32
along the highway indicating its name.	33
