A BILL
To enact section 5533.741 of the Revised Code to 1
designate a portion of the State Route 4 bypass in 2
Butler County as the "Terry Dean Garrison Memorial 3
Bypass."4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5533.741 of the Revised Code be 5
enacted to read as follows:6

       Sec. 5533.741.  The portion of the road known as the state 7
route four bypass, commencing at the intersection of Hamilton 8
Mason road and extending northward to the intersection of that 9
road and state route one hundred twenty-nine, in Butler county, 10
shall be known as the "Terry Dean Garrison Memorial Bypass."11

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 12
along the highway indicating its name.13
