BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.626 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
Sec. 5533.626. That portion of the road known as state route | 7 |
number four hundred sixteen, commencing at the southern boundary | 8 |
of the municipal corporation of New Philadelphia and proceeding in | 9 |
a southerly direction to the northern boundary of the municipal | 10 |
corporation of Tuscarawas in Tuscarawas county only, shall be | 11 |
known as the "Sgt. James L. Smith Memorial Highway." | 12 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 13 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 14 |
