BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5533.333 of the Revised Code be | 4 |
enacted to read as follows: | 5 |
Sec. 5533.333. That portion of the road known as state route | 6 |
forty-four, running in a northerly and southerly direction between | 7 |
county road eighteen in the municipal corporation of Rootstown and | 8 |
Waterloo road in the municipal corporation of Randolph, shall be | 9 |
known as the "Sgt. Jeremy Murray Memorial Highway." | 10 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 11 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 12 |
