A BILL
To enact section 5533.333 of the Revised Code to 1
designate a portion of State Route 44 as the "Sgt. 2
Jeremy Murray Memorial Highway."3


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5533.333 of the Revised Code be 4
enacted to read as follows:5

       Sec. 5533.333. That portion of the road known as state route 6
forty-four, running in a northerly and southerly direction between 7
county road eighteen in the municipal corporation of Rootstown and 8
Waterloo road in the municipal corporation of Randolph, shall be 9
known as the "Sgt. Jeremy Murray Memorial Highway."10

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 11
along the highway indicating its name.12
