BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That section 5709.30 of the Revised Code be | 4 |
enacted to read as follows: | 5 |
Sec. 5709.30. An increase in the assessed value of a | 6 |
single-family, two-family, or three-family dwelling greater than | 7 |
five thousand dollars, caused by an improvement, that would | 8 |
otherwise first appear on the tax list of real and public utility | 9 |
property after the effective date of this section as enacted by | 10 |
......... of the 128th general assembly is exempt from taxation | 11 |
for the first tax year for which it would appear on the tax list | 12 |
and for the four ensuing tax years. | 13 |
