Summary

To amend section 2315.21 of the Revised Code to expand the exemption from punitive or exemplary damages limitations in tort law that is provided with respect to an act resulting in a felony conviction involving purposeful or knowing conduct so that it also applies when the act results in a felony conviction for a strict liability offense.
