Summary

To enact new section 9.63 and to repeal section 9.63 of the Revised Code to prohibit state and local law enforcement agencies from using resources to investigate, interrogate, detain, detect, or arrest a person for the purpose of immigration enforcement and to require the Attorney General to adopt a model policy regarding interacting with federal immigration authorities.
