Summary
To amend sections 3314.09 and 3327.01 and to enact section 3301.165 of the Revised Code to specify that a school district is not required to plan its transportation schedule based on the start and end times of those nonpublic schools to which it transports students, to require community schools and chartered nonpublic schools to provide certain information related to student transportation to school districts annually, and to declare an emergency.
