Summary

To amend section 5703.21 and to enact sections 3739.01 to 3739.18 and 3739.99 of the Revised Code to establish reduced ignition propensity standards for cigarettes, to authorize the State Fire Marshal to monitor and the Attorney General and the State Fire Marshal to enforce such standards, and to establish penalties for violations.
