Section 104 of the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breed- 2 ing law is amended by adding a new subdivision 25 to read as follows: 3 25. To promulgate rules and regulations regarding predatory sportsbook 4 bonuses in mobile sports betting, including but not limited to, deposit 5 matching, risk free betting, free money, free bets, site credits and 6 profit boosts. 7 § 2.
