        Introduced  by  Sen.  AKSHAR -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on  Energy  and  Telecommuni-
          cations

        AN ACT to amend chapter 433 of the laws of 2013, relating to authorizing
          the  public service commission, upon application by a municipality, to
          order costs for infrastructure maintenance and access to be charged to
          all customer classes located in  such  municipality,  in  relation  to
          including the village of Owego in the definition of municipality

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Paragraph b of subdivision 2 of section 1 of chapter 433 of
     2  the laws of 2013, relating to authorizing the public service commission,
     3  upon application by a municipality, to order  costs  for  infrastructure
     4  maintenance  and access to be charged to all customer classes located in
     5  such municipality, is amended to read as follows:
     6    b. "municipality" shall mean:
     7    (i) a city, town or village located in the county of Westchester; and
     8    (ii) the village of Owego.
     9    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
