       Introduced by Sen. MARCHIONE -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
         printed to be committed to the Committee on Finance
       AN  ACT  to  amend the executive law, in relation to including the Woods
         Brook in the definition of "inland  waterways"  for  the  purposes  of
         waterfront revitalization
         THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. Paragraph (c) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of the execu-
    2  tive law, as separately amended by chapters 38 and 147 of  the  laws  of
    3  2013, is amended to read as follows:
    4    (c)  the  state's major creeks comprised of the Bushkill, Cattaraugus,
    5  Cincinnati, East Kill, Esopus (including upper and lower branches), Fish
    6  (including east and west branches), Gooseberry, Little Sandy,  Onondaga,
    7  Sandy, Schoharie, South Sandy, Oatka, Tonawanda, West Kill, [and] Scaja-
    8  quada, WOODS BROOK and Wynantskill;
    9    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
        EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets
                             [ ] is old law to be omitted.
