        AN ACT to amend the alcoholic beverage control law,  in  relation  to  a
          license to sell liquor at retail for consumption on certain premises

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Subdivision 7 of  section  64  of  the  alcoholic  beverage
     2  control  law  is  amended  by  adding  a new paragraph (e-14) to read as
     3  follows:
     4    (e-14) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (a) of this  subdi-
     5  vision,  the  authority  may  issue  a  retail  license  for on-premises
     6  consumption for a premises which shall be  located  within  two  hundred
     7  feet  of  a  building  occupied as a church, synagogue or other place of
     8  worship, provided such premises constitute a premises for  the  sale  of
     9  food  or  beverages  at  retail  for consumption on the premises located
    10  wholly within the boundaries of the city of Beacon, county of  Dutchess,
    11  bounded and described as follows:
    12    ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
    13  improvements  thereon  erected,  situate, lying and being in the city of
    14  Beacon, County of Dutchess, State of New York, bounded and described  as
    15  follows:
    16    BEGINNING  at  a  point on the northeasterly line of Main Street where
    17  the division line between Parcels 1 and 2  intersects  said  road  line;
    18  thence  northwesterly  along  the  northeasterly  line  of Main Street N
    19  47-13-26 W 35.30 feet to a point; thence northeasterly along  the  lands
    20  now  or  formerly of Molitoris Enterprises Inc. N 43-43-20 E 100.14 feet
    21  to a point; thence southeasterly along lands now or  formerly  Hill  and

     1  lands now or formerly Mazzacone S 50-57-30 E 10.25 feet and S 46-11-30 E

     8  Beacon,  County of Dutchess, State of New York, bounded and described as
     9  follows:
    10    BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly line of  Main  Street  where
    11  the  division  line  between  Parcels 1 and 2 intersects said road line;
    12  thence northeasterly along Parcel 2 N 44-05-30 E 100.36 feet to a point;
    13  thence southeasterly along the lands now  or  formerly  of  Mazzacone  S
    14  43-01-43 E 26.32 feet to a point; thence southwesterly along land now or
    15  formerly  of  Main  St.  Realty S 49-39-32 W 18.68 feet and S 44-05-34 W
    16  79.88 feet to the point on the northeasterly line of Main Street; thence
    17  northwesterly along the northeasterly line of Main Street N  47-13-26  W
    18  24.48 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
