Subdivisions 10 and 11 of section 57-0107 of the environ- 2 mental conservation law, as amended by chapter 267 of the laws of 2015, 3 are amended to read as follows: 4 10. thence generally 9 southward and eastward along the generally westerly and southerly bound- 10 aries of the NYS Rocky Point Land (including the Currans Road Pond State 11 Wildlife Management Area, all adjacent or contiguous undeveloped Town of 12 Brookhaven parks, preserves, open space areas, or reserved areas, and 13 the crossings of the undeveloped Suffolk County property known as the 14 Port Jefferson - Westhampton road right of way, Whiskey Road, County 15 Route 21, and Currans Road), and including those properties identified 16 as District 200, Section 346, Block 1, Lots 3 and 4, to the point where 17 the NYS Rocky Point Land meets the northerly side of NYS Route 25 18 (Middle Country Road); thence southeastward along the easterly side of the 36 Suffolk County Pine Trail Nature Preserve where the Preserve is adjacent 37 to developed parcels, or along a line parallel to, and 100 (one hundred) 38 feet east of, the Preserve where the Preserve is adjacent to parcels 39 which are undeveloped as of June 1, 1993, to the Long Island Lighting 40 Company high voltage transmission lines; thence northward along the 41 westerly side of the Long Island Lighting Company high voltage trans- 42 mission lines to NYS Route 25; thence westward along the southerly side 43 of NYS Route 25 to the point or place of beginning; Area Two is the area 44 defined as beginning at the northwest corner of the parcel identified as 45 District 200, Section 552, Block 1, Lot 3; thence eastward, southwest- 46 ward and generally northward along the northerly, southeasterly and 47 westerly boundaries of that parcel, containing the sewage treatment 48 facility known as the Dorade facility, to the point of beginning; Area 49 three is defined as the parcel identified as district 200, section 82, 50 block 1, lot 3. 51 Beginning at a point on the southeasterly corner of the intersection 52 of Moriches-Middle Island Road and Cranford Boulevard and thence south- 53 ward along the easterly boundary of Cranford Boulevard to the southwest- 54 ern corner of property identified as District 200, Section 645, Block 3, 55 Lot 29.1; thence southeastward along the southerly boundary of said 56 property to its intersection with property identified as District 200,S. 6157--B 15 A. 7722--B 1 Section 712, Block 9, Lot 1; thence generally southward along the 2 westerly boundary of said property to its intersection with the norther- 3 ly side of the eastward extension of Grove Drive; thence southward 4 crossing Grove Drive to its south side; thence westward along the south- 5 erly boundary of the Grove Drive road extension to the northwestern 6 corner of the property identified as District 200, Section 749, Block 3, 7 Lot 41.1 and comprised of parcels owned by the county of Suffolk and the 8 town of Brookhaven; thence southward to the southwestern corner of prop- 9 erty identified as District 200, Section 749, Block 3, Lot 43; thence 10 eastward along the southerly boundary of said property to the west side 11 of Lambert Avenue; thence crossing Lambert Avenue to its easterly side; 12 thence southward along the easterly boundary of Lambert Avenue to the 13 northerly boundary of the Sunrise Highway Service Road; thence 14 northeastward along the northerly boundary of the Sunrise Highway 15 Service Road to Barnes Road; thence northward along the westerly bounda- 16 ry of Barnes Road to the northeastern corner of the property identified 17 as District 200, Section 750, Block 3, Lot 40.2; thence westward along 18 the northerly boundary of property identified as District 200, Section 19 713, Block 1, Lot 2; thence westward along the northerly boundary of 20 property identified as District 200, Section 713, Block 1, Lot 1; thence 21 northward along the westerly side of Weeks Avenue to the northeastern 22 corner of property identified as District 200, Section 713, Block 3, Lot 23 1; thence westward along the northerly boundary of said property to 24 Michigan Avenue; thence northward along the easterly boundary of Michi- 25 gan Avenue to Moriches-Middle Island Road; thence westward along the 26 southerly boundary of Moriches-Middle Island Road to the point of begin- 27 ning. 28 § 2. This act shall take effect on the first of January next succeed- 29 ing the date on which it shall have become a law provided that if the 30 provisions of this act establishing a new description and boundaries of 31 the Central Pine Barrens Area or the core preservation area removed or 32 excludes any of the lands of the Central Pine Barrens Area or the core 33 preservation area as such lands are described and bounded in chapter 267 34 of the laws of 2015, and/or protections established and/or provided by 35 such act, this act shall be deemed repealed and of no force and effect 36 and chapter 267 of the laws of 2015 shall remain in full force and 37 effect. The state legislature shall notify the legislative bill draft- 38 ing commission of any such decrease and resulting repeal in order that 39 the commission may maintain an accurate and timely effective data base 40 of the official text of the laws of the state of New York in furtherance 41 of effectuating the provisions of section 44 of the legislative law and 42 section 70-b of the public officers law.
