THOMAS -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Consumer Protection -- committee discharged, bill amended, ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee AN ACT relating to providing public awareness of COVID-19 programs and resources The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. No later than fifteen days after the effective date of this 2 act, the superintendent of financial services shall begin publishing a 3 comprehensive list of all COVID-19 related programs and resources avail- 4 able to consumers, student loan debtors, senior citizens, small busi- 5 nesses, renters and homeowners, which are implemented at the state 6 level. Thereafter, when a new state-supported COVID-19 related resource 7 or program becomes available, the information required by this act 8 regarding that program or resource shall be posted on the website no 9 later than five business days after it becomes available. Such informa- 10 tion, including a summary or description of each such program or 11 resource, shall be made available on a single webpage and shall provide 12 a link to the internet site for each such program or resource. 13 § 2.
