        Introduced  by Sen. GAUGHRAN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Government -- recom-
          mitted to the Committee on Local Government in accordance with  Senate
          Rule  6,  sec.  8  --  committee  discharged,  bill  amended,  ordered
          reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee

        AN ACT to amend the real property tax law, in  relation  to  designating
          state  land located in the county of Suffolk to be subject to taxation
          for all purposes

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section  1.  Section  532  of  the real property tax law is amended by
     2  adding a new subdivision (l) to read as follows:
     3    (l) All state lands located within  the  boundaries  of  the  Caumsett
     4  State  Historic Park Preserve in the county of Suffolk, exclusive of the
     5  improvements thereon.
     6    § 2. This act shall take effect April 1, 2021.
