        Introduced  by  Sen.  BIAGGI -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
          printed to be committed to the Committee on Labor
        AN ACT to amend the labor law, in relation to the model  sexual  harass-
          ment  prevention  guidance  document  and sexual harassment prevention
          policy
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section  1.  Section 201-g of the labor law is amended by adding a new
     2  subdivision 4 to read as follows:
     3    4. Beginning in the year two thousand twenty-two, and every succeeding
     4  four years thereafter, the department in consultation with the  division
     5  of  human rights shall evaluate, using the criteria within this section,
     6  the impact of the current model sexual  harassment  prevention  guidance
     7  document  and  sexual harassment prevention policy.  Upon the completion
     8  of each evaluation the department shall update the model sexual  harass-
     9  ment prevention guidance document and sexual harassment prevention poli-
    10  cy as needed.
    11    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
