STATE OF NEW YORK ________________________________________________________________________ 3180 2021-2022 Regular Sessions IN SENATE January 28, 2021 ___________ Introduced by Sen. MAY -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Investigations and Govern- ment Operations AN ACT in relation to directing the state liquor authority to extend liquor licenses for on-premise alcohol retailers for a period of one year The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, 2 the state liquor authority shall extend all current liquor licenses for 3 on-premise alcohol retailers through January 31, 2022. Such extension 4 shall be given at no cost to the licensee and no late fees shall be 5 charged to the licensee for such extension. 6 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
