STATE OF NEW YORK ________________________________________________________________________ 3092 2019-2020 Regular Sessions IN SENATE February 1, 2019 ___________ Introduced by Sens. RANZENHOFER, GALLIVAN -- read twice and ordered printed, and when printed to be committed to the Committee on Environ- mental Conservation AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to decreasing certain hunting fees for non-resident disabled veterans The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Paragraph b of subdivision 3 of section 11-0715 of the 2 environmental conservation law, as amended by chapter 276 of the laws of 3 2013 and subparagraph 3 as amended by section 25 of part EE of chapter 4 55 of the laws of 2014, is amended to read as follows: 5 b. In the case of a non-resident and persons resident in the state for 6 less than thirty days: 7 License Fee 8 (1) (a) Hunting $100.00 9 (b) Hunting ages fifteen and under $5.00 10 (c) Hunting for a person who has been 11 honorably discharged from service 12 in the armed forces of the 13 United States and is certified 14 as having a forty percent or 15 greater service-connected disability $5.00 16 (2) (a) Fishing $50.00 17 (b) Fishing for a person who has been 18 honorably discharged from service 19 in the armed forces of the 20 United States and is certified 21 as having a forty percent or 22 greater service-connected disability $5.00 23 (3) Seven-day fishing $28.00 24 (4)(a) Trapping $275.00 EXPLANATION--Matter in italics (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [] is old law to be omitted. This act shall take effect immediately.
