       AN ACT to repeal title 37 of article 15-B of the general  municipal  law
         relating to the Port Chester community development agency
         THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. Title 37 of article 15-B of the general  municipal  law  is
    2  REPEALED.
    3    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
