STATE OF NEW YORK ________________________________________________________________________ 10473 IN ASSEMBLY May 27, 2022 ___________ Introduced by COMMITTEE ON RULES -- (at request of M. of A. Manktelow) -- read once and referred to the Committee on Ways and Means AN ACT to amend the alcoholic beverage control law, in relation to a license to sell liquor at retail for consumption on certain premises The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Subdivision 7 of section 64 of the alcoholic beverage 2 control law is amended by adding a new paragraph (e-14) to read as 3 follows: 4 (e-14) Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (a) of this subdi- 5 vision, the authority may issue a retail license for on-premises 6 consumption for a premises which shall be located within two hundred 7 feet of a building occupied as a church, synagogue, or other place of 8 worship, provided such premises constitute a premises for the sale of 9 food or beverages at retail for consumption on the premises located 10 wholly within the boundaries of the county of Wayne, bounded and 11 described as follows: 12 All that certain parcel of land located just north of the intersection 13 of North Main Street and Buffalo Street in the Town of Marion, Wayne 14 County, New York and which aid parcel is more particularly bounded and 15 described as follows: 16 The parcel is located at 3829 North Main Street, tax map ID # 543200- 17 65114-12-849598. The property is on .16 acres with a Global Positioning 18 System (GPS) location 43.14365, -77.18897 which is 43°08'37.1"N 19 77°11'20.3"W. 20 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
