MAGEE -- read once and referred to the Committee on Environmental Conservation AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation to including Cazenovia Lake and Chittenango Creek in the definition of inland waterways for purposes of waterfront revitalization The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Paragraphs (a) and (c) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of 2 the executive law, as separately amended by chapters 43 and 255 of the 3 laws of 2017, paragraph (a) as further separately amended by chapter 433 4 of the laws of 2017, and paragraph (c) as further separately amended by 5 chapters 110, 142 and 161 of the laws of 2017, are amended to read as 6 follows: 7 (a) the state's major inland lakes consisting of lakes Baldwin, Ball- 8 ston, Big Tupper, Black, Campfire, Canadarago, Canandaigua, Cazenovia, 9 Cayuga, Champlain, Charles, Chateaugay, Chautauqua, Conesus, Cranberry, 10 East Caroga, Echo (in the county of Westchester), George, Glencoma, 11 Great Sacandaga, Honeoye, Indian, Keuka, Little Wolf (in the county of 12 Franklin), Lincolndale, Long, Lost (in the county of Putnam), Mirror, 13 MacGregor, Mahopac, Northville, Oneida, Onondaga, Ossi, Otisco, Otsego, 14 Owasco, Peach, Placid, Purdys, Putnam, Raquette, Ronkonkoma, Sacandaga, 15 Saratoga, Schroon, Secor, Seneca, Shenorock, Skaneateles, Silver (in the 16 county of Wyoming), Saranac and Tonetta, Teakettle Spout, West Caroga 17 and Wixon, Simon (in the county of Franklin) and the Fulton chain of 18 lakes; 19 (c) the state's major creeks comprised of the 18 Mile Creek located in 20 Erie county, Chittenango Creek, Bash Bish and Kinderhook Creek located 21 in Columbia county, Kinderhook Creek located in Rensselaer county, Bash- 22 er Kill, Bushkill, Cattaraugus, Cayadutta, Cincinnati, East Kill, Esopus 23 (including upper and lower branches), Fish (including east and west 24 branches), Gooseberry, Kennyetto, Little Sandy, Onondaga, Peekskill 25 Hollow, Roeliff Jansen Kill, Rondout, Sandy, Schoharie, Shawangunk Kill, 26 South Sandy, Oatka, Tonawanda, West Kill, Scajaquada, Wappinger, Weba- 27 tuck, Wassaic, Black Creek located in Monroe county, Black Creek located 28 in Genesee and Wyoming counties, Ellicott Creek located in Erie county 29 and Wynantskill, Claverack, Taghkanic and Agawamuck and Wyomanock; 30 § 2.
