          on Agriculture

        AN ACT to amend the agriculture and markets law, in relation  to  alter-
          nate generated power source at retail gasoline outlets

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Subparagraph (ii) of paragraph  (f)  of  subdivision  1  of
     2  section  192-h of the agriculture and markets law, as added by section 2
     3  of part S of chapter 58 of the laws of  2013,  is  amended  to  read  as
     4  follows:
     5    (ii)  Lower Mid-Hudson region: Includes Putnam, Rockland and Westches-
     6  ter counties.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
