STATE OF NEW YORK ________________________________________________________________________ 9101 IN ASSEMBLY January 31, 2022 ___________ Introduced by M. of A. L. ROSENTHAL -- read once and referred to the Committee on Social Services AN ACT to amend the social services law, in relation to requiring a list and map of certain supportive housing units within the state The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. The social services law is amended by adding a new section 2 20-e to read as follows: 3 § 20-e. Supportive housing units. Within one year after the effective 4 date of this section and biennially thereafter, the commissioner of the 5 office of temporary and disability assistance in conjunction with the 6 commissioner of mental health shall compile a list and map of support- 7 ive housing units within the state that are overseen by the office of 8 temporary and disability assistance and the office of mental health. 9 § 2.
