        AN ACT to amend the administrative code of the  city  of  New  York,  in
          relation to overnight garbage truck parking on city streets

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. The administrative code of the city of New York is  amended
     2  by adding a new section 16-210 to read as follows:
     3    § 16-210 Overnight parking on a city street. No vehicle operated by or
     4  pursuant  to  a contract with the department for the removing, disposing
     5  of, conveying or transporting solid waste shall park overnight on a city
     6  street.
     7    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
