        Introduced  by M. of A. ROZIC -- read once and referred to the Committee
          on Tourism, Parks, Arts and Sports Development
        AN ACT in relation to directing the commissioner of the office of parks,
          recreation and historic preservation to provide for the re-designation
          of Donald J. Trump State Park, in Putnam and Westchester counties to a
          name other than Donald J. Trump State Park
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section  1.  The  commissioner  of  the  office  parks, recreation and
     2  historic preservation shall provide for the re-designation of Donald  J.
     3  Trump  State  Park,  in  Putnam and Westchester counties to a name other
     4  than Donald J. Trump State Park.  The  commissioner  of  the  office  of
     5  parks,  recreation  and  historic  preservation  shall  provide  for the
     6  installation and maintenance of appropriate signage and any other admin-
     7  istrative actions necessary to implement the provisions of this act.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
