RA -- read once and referred to the Committee on Codes AN ACT to repeal subdivision 2 of section 245.30 of the criminal proce- dure law relating to court orders to grant a defendant access to a crime scene or other relevant premises The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Subdivision 2 of section 245.30 of the criminal procedure 2 law is REPEALED. 3 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
