          tee on Health

        AN ACT to amend chapter 942 of the laws of 1983 and chapter 541  of  the
          laws  of  1984, relating to foster family care demonstration programs,
          and to amend chapter 256 of the laws  of  1985,  amending  the  social
          services  law  and  other  laws  relating to foster family care demon-
          stration programs, in relation to extending the expirations thereof

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section  1.  Section 3 of chapter 942 of the laws of 1983, relating to
     2  foster family care demonstration programs, as amended by chapter 153  of
     3  the laws of 2017, is amended to read as follows:
     4    §  3. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire December
     5  31, [2021] 2025.
     6    § 2. Section 3 of chapter 541 of the laws of 1984, relating to  foster
     7  family  care  demonstration  programs,  as amended by chapter 153 of the
     8  laws of 2017, is amended to read as follows:
     9    § 3. This section and subdivision two of section two of this act shall
    10  take effect immediately and the remaining provisions of this  act  shall
    11  take  effect  on the one hundred twentieth day next thereafter. This act
    12  shall expire December 31, [2021] 2025.
    13    § 3. Section 6 of chapter 256 of the laws of 1985, amending the social
    14  services law and other laws relating to foster family care demonstration
    15  programs, as amended by chapter 153 of the laws of 2017, is  amended  to
    16  read as follows:
    17    §  6. This act shall take effect immediately and shall expire December
    18  31, [2021] 2025 and upon such date the provisions of this act  shall  be
    19  deemed to be repealed.
    20    § 4. This act shall take effect immediately.
