        Introduced by M. of A. CRESPO -- read once and referred to the Committee
          on Corporations, Authorities and Commissions
        AN ACT to amend the public authorities law, in relation to school energy
          efficiency collaboration programs
          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section 1. Subdivision 2 of section 1882  of  the  public  authorities
     2  law,  as added by chapter 403 of the laws of 2016, is amended to read as
     3  follows:
     4    2. In developing this  multidisciplinary  collaborative  program,  the
     5  authority  shall  work in partnership with the New York power authority,
     6  the Long Island power authority, the state education department, the New
     7  York association of school business officials, the New York state school
     8  boards association, energy service companies, utility programs and other
     9  school administrators, including representatives of  private  and  reli-
    10  gious schools.
    11    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
