       AN ACT to amend chapter 468 of the laws of 2006,  amending  the  highway
         law  relating  to  access to a certain parkway by certain construction
         vehicles during a period  of  landfill  remediation,  in  relation  to
         extending the effectiveness thereof
         THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 468 of the laws of 2006, amending  the
    2  highway  law  relating  to  access  to  a  certain  parkway  by  certain
    3  construction vehicles  during  a  period  of  landfill  remediation,  is
    4  amended to read as follows:
    5    S  2.  This  act shall take effect immediately and shall expire and be
    6  deemed repealed [5] 10 years after such date.
    7    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
