          tee on Small Business

        AN ACT to amend  the  economic  development  law,  in  relation  to  the
          publishing  of certain procurement contract opportunities; and provid-
          ing for the repeal of such provisions upon the expiration thereof

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section  1.  Section 142 of the economic development law is amended by
     2  adding a new subdivision 1-a to read as follows:
     3    1-a. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, notices  of  procure-
     4  ment  contract  opportunities  required  to effectuate the provisions of
     5  section sixteen-ff of section one of the New York state  urban  develop-
     6  ment  corporation  act  shall  be available on the internet for at least
     7  five days.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  expire  and  be
     9  deemed repealed July 31, 2021.
