        Introduced  by M. of A. BARRETT -- read once and referred to the Commit-
          tee  on  Environmental  Conservation  --  committee  discharged,  bill
          amended,  ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted to said commit-
          tee
        AN ACT to amend the executive law, in relation  to  designating  Tenmile
          River,  Webatuck  Creek  and  Wassaic  Creek  as  inland waterways for
          purposes of waterfront revitalization
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section  1.  Paragraphs (b) and (c) of subdivision 4 of section 911 of
     2  the executive law, as separately amended by chapters 113 and 216 of  the
     3  laws  of  2016, and paragraph (c) as further separately amended by chap-
     4  ters 126, 154, 157, 175, 176, 214, 217 and 227 of the laws of 2016,  are
     5  amended to read as follows:
     6    (b)  the  state's  major  rivers  comprised of the Allegheny, Ausable,
     7  Battenkill, Black, Boquet, Bronx, Canisteo, Chaumont (including Chaumont
     8  bay), Chemung, Cohocton, Delaware, Deer, Genesee, Grasse,  Great  Chazy,
     9  Hoosic,  Hudson north of the federal dam at Troy, Indian, Little (in the
    10  Adirondack park), Little Ausable, Little  Salmon  (including  north  and
    11  south   branches),   Mad,   Mettowee,  Mohawk,  Oswegatchie,  Pocantico,
    12  Racquette, Sacandaga, Salmon, Saranac, Saw Mill,  Schroon,  Susquehanna,
    13  Tenmile,  Tioga, Tioughnioga, Wallkill and Buffalo rivers, and the north
    14  and middle branches of the Moose river;
    15    (c) the state's major creeks comprised of the 18 Mile Creek located in
    16  Erie county, Bash Bish located in Columbia county,  Basher  Kill,  Bush-
    17  kill,  Cattaraugus,  Cincinnati,  East Kill, Esopus (including upper and
    18  lower branches), Fish (including east and  west  branches),  Gooseberry,
    19  Little  Sandy, Onondaga, Roeliff Jansen Kill, Rondout, Sandy, Schoharie,
    20  Shawangunk Kill, South Sandy, Oatka, Tonawanda, West  Kill,  Scajaquada,
    21  Wappinger,  Webatuck,  Wassaic,  Black  Creek  located in Monroe county,
    22  Black Creek located in Genesee  and  Wyoming  counties,  Ellicott  Creek
    23  located  in Erie county and Wynantskill, Claverack, Taghkanic and Agawa-
    24  muck and Wyomanock;
    25    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
