        Introduced  by  M.  of  A.  MAGNARELLI  -- read once and referred to the
          Committee on Local Governments -- committee discharged, bill  amended,
          ordered reprinted as amended and recommitted to said committee

        AN  ACT  authorizing the use of existing village sewer rents for infras-
          tructure projects other than sewer projects in the  village  of  Bald-
          winsville;  and providing for the repeal of such provisions upon expi-
          ration thereof

          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Notwithstanding section 453 of the general municipal law to
     2  the  contrary,  the village of Baldwinsville, upon the transfer of sewer
     3  service to the county of Onondaga,  is  hereby  authorized  to  use  the
     4  existing  village sewer rents for the payment of expenses or obligations
     5  incurred by the village for infrastructure improvements, or to be placed
     6  in a capital reserve fund to be used specifically for future infrastruc-
     7  ture improvements.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect on the sixtieth  day  after  it  shall
     9  have become a law and shall expire and be deemed repealed one year after
    10  such date.
