STATE OF NEW YORK ________________________________________________________________________ 6173 2021-2022 Regular Sessions IN ASSEMBLY March 10, 2021 ___________ Introduced by M. of A. GUNTHER, GOTTFRIED -- read once and referred to the Committee on Health AN ACT to amend the public health law, in relation to the posting of certain COVID-19 vaccine disbursement information on the website of the department of health; and providing for the repeal of such provisions upon expiration thereof The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem- bly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 206 of the public health law is amended by adding a 2 new subdivision 31 to read as follows: 3 31. The commissioner shall make available, on the department's inter- 4 net website, information relating to disbursement by the state of the 5 COVID-19 vaccine. Such information shall include, but not be limited to, 6 the total number of vaccine doses disbursed to each approved vaccine 7 provider and state operated point of dispensing site, the addresses of 8 such approved vaccine providers and state operated point of dispensing 9 sites and the method by which the department has determined the number 10 of doses of vaccine dispensed to each approved vaccine provider and 11 state operated point of dispensing site. The information required under 12 this subdivision shall be updated weekly. 13 § 2. This act shall take effect on the tenth day after it shall have 14 become a law and shall expire on December 31, 2022 when upon such date 15 the provisions of this act shall be deemed repealed. Effective imme- 16 diately, the addition, amendment and/or repeal of any rule or regulation 17 necessary for the implementation of this act on its effective date are 18 authorized to be made and completed on or before such effective date.
