        AN ACT to amend the  environmental  conservation  law,  in  relation  to
          enacting the "come home to hunt act"

          The  People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:

     1    Section 1. Short title. This act shall be known and may  be  cited  as
     2  the "come home to hunt act".
     3    §  2. Section 11-0701 of the environmental conservation law is amended
     4  by adding a new subdivision 10 to read as follows:
     5    10. A two-day non-resident hunting  license  entitles  a  non-resident
     6  holder  to  hunt  domestic game bird, migratory game bird, big game, and
     7  small game, as provided in title nine  of  this  article,  for  the  two
     8  consecutive days specified by such license.
     9    §  3.  Paragraph b of subdivision 3 of section 11-0715 of the environ-
    10  mental conservation law is amended by adding a  new  subparagraph  9  to
    11  read as follows:
    12    (9) Two-day non-resident hunting license $40.00
    13    § 4. This act shall take effect immediately.
