       AN ACT to repeal chapter 1 of the laws of  2013  amending  the  criminal
         procedure  law and other laws relating to suspension and revocation of
         firearms licenses
         THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
    1    Section  1. Chapter 1 of the laws of 2013 amending the criminal proce-
    2  dure law and  other  laws  relating  to  suspension  and  revocation  of
    3  firearms licenses is REPEALED.
    4    S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
