        AN ACT to amend the education law, in relation to requiring the  commis-
          sioner  to post past common core and other state standardized examina-
          tions on the department's website
          The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and  Assem-
        bly, do enact as follows:
     1    Section 1. Section 305 of the education law is amended by adding a new
     2  subdivision 55 to read as follows:
     3    55. The commissioner shall post all common core examinations and other
     4  examinations  which  have been administered to students statewide on the
     5  department's website in order to provide parents, students,  and  educa-
     6  tors  with  materials  which can be used to practice for future adminis-
     7  trations of such examinations.
     8    § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
