Bill Title: Provides that where mandatory continuing education programs are offered through electronic or other remote means where the licensee must provide proof of attendance by responding to a visual or auditory prompt in the program, such program shall provide a sufficient length of time for a person with a visual or other impairment to be able to view and respond to such prompt or direction.
