Bill Title: Amends provisions regarding certain off street parking for the handicapped (in a shopping center or facility with at least 5 separate retail stores and at least 20 off street parking spaces for use by the public) to require certain ramp cuts: where the designated handicapped parking spaces are separated from the shopping center or facility by a curb or a barrier, at least one ramp cut must be provided with an additional ramp cut for every 100 feet of curb; provides that ramp cuts should be located as close as reasonably practicable to the designated handicapped parking spaces.
