Summary

Creates the parental choice private school voucher program; provides that three hundred students entering kindergarten or ninth grade shall be selected to receive vouchers to attend either a public school outside of the Buffalo school district or any nonpublic school that provides education to elementary and/or secondary students; establishes criteria for student to be deemed eligible.
