Establishes the "farmworkers' fair labor practices act" which allows certain farm laborers to take a minimum of one day of rest per week and prohibits farm employers from requiring their laborers to work more than ten hours in any day, sixty hours in any week or six consecutive days in any week, except in certain circumstances.
