Summary

To allow counties or, if counties so delegate, localities, to establish school speed limits on any portion of state highways passing a school building for not more than 300 feet in either direction from the building line.

Provides for the establishment of school speed limits of not less than fifteen miles per hour by the legislative body of any county or, if so delegated, by the legislative body of any locality within said county on a portion of a state highway passing a school building.
