Summary
To provide that an individual eligible for credit for military service is not penalized because such service credit is treated differently from credit received for each year of active service for such individual for purposes of determining a longevity payment.
Title
An act to amend the civil service law, in relation to establishing the military service credit shall be included for the purposes of computing a member's longevity
