Summary

Provides that no municipality, by local law, order or ordinance, shall prohibit any local government officer, employee, agent or agency from identifying or reporting to the United States bureau of immigration and customs enforcement, any person who such officer, employee, agent or agency reasonably suspect to have committed a crime or to be in violation of federal immigration laws.
